Adult ADHD Support

This is an opportunity for people diagnosed/awaiting diagnosis of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) to meet in a safe space to share strategies and reduce social isolation. The event will be facilitated by professionals with knowledge of the condition as well as guest speakers.

Dundee

First Thursday of every month, 6pm to 8pm at our ADHD Learning Centre.

Angus

First Tuesday of every month, 6pm to 8pm, at Forfar Reid Hall.
